The following types of businesses may remain open for limited service, but must maintain proper physical distancing and sanitation practices.  

  • Houses of worship can hold services in their parking lots provided their members stay in their cars. 
  • Real estate sales and marketing (no open houses or model home tours, showings should be done virtually, if possible; closings, telephone and virtual activities and transactions permitted)
  • Model Homes (model homes may be shown by appointment only with a single client at a time.  Must maintain physical distancing and sanitizing practices)
  • Tasting rooms, breweries, distilleries (production/bottling may continue, pick-up and delivery are permitted, no on-site consumption)
  • Schools-public and private (distance learning/online, housing, administration, and food only)
  • Recreational fishing remains open, although individual launching facilities may be closed or restricted. “Party boat” operations, whale watching, excursions, etc. for hire are not allowed at this time. Boat rentals and Private-charter boats(Bareboat Charter), meaning those that are operated by the boat renter and not operated by a crew, are allowed as long as physical distancing of 6 feet or more can be maintained between individuals on a boat.  Additionally, the size, capacity and layout of the boat is relevant to the determination of occupancy based on the feasibility of physical distancing on the boat.  Fishing suppliers, can resume, provided the supplier provides curbside or mail delivery and/or online services.  
  • Photographers can conduct outdoor photoshoots with small groups of related people as long as they maintain physical distancing and strong sanitation practices.  No studio photography or large wedding photography is permitted.
